Busy Week

Busy Week

I just realized this is going to be a busy week for me; not only do I have some writing commitments that need my attention, such as preparing this blog, and finishing a column that is in fact due today, plus I have editing on Dangerous Liaisons to complete.

I was blessed with a fantastic opening scene for beginning a novel this morning!  The words and scene so vivid and clear in my mind; I had to write it down so I wouldn’t forget it later on.  As soon as time will allow I will type it in my computer under the “Future Stories” folder. I was grateful that two of the characters ‘introduced’  themselves by names immediately. Although I have to say sadly the male character is unfortunately murdered by the female character in the first paragraph.  In fact, my female character is going to be a good/bad person, very intriguing someone you will grow to love. Yes, even though she’s a murderer…but there’s that twist to the story! I think the storyline will prove to be super exciting to get into the rest of the story and create more characters. I’m sure this will be an exciting thriller to write. However,  first things before all that.

There are the normal chores to do. Like laundry,- and I have yet to get out my Christmas cards!

We had some snow over the weekend. I am NOT a winter person and would much rather have warm or hot summer weather. The forecast is even calling for colder temperatures this week! Yuck! So stay warm my friends!  Oh, and I hope to have a book review for in the near future. “The 13: Tales of Illusory” By Stephanie Ayers.

Happy Reading!
